B&Q will honour a price match within 14 days of your purchase if you find an identical product at an authorised retailer. Contact a customer service rep and provide your receipt as well as documentation of the price advertised at the other retailer.

Club members receive digital receipts, email updates, and exclusive offers. The retailer regularly offers members B&Q discount codes for at least 10% off their purchases.
How to Score Free Delivery
When you spend £75 or more, you’ll get free delivery from B&Q. Orders below that threshold incur a fee of £6. If you have an order with large items, the fee is £12 for purchases totalling less than £350. Bulk delivery costs £30 and requires a minimum spend of £100.
Many items, including select bulk items, are also available for free Click & Collect. Check the product details page of each item you want to see if it’s available at a local store.
