- Vegetarian, gluten /wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
- Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 5 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge (paying for all meals as taken, using the existing bedding).
- Strictly no pets permitted.
- Refunds are not available for vouchers purchased after 5 November 2020 which have subsequently been redeemed with a closed hotel. Non-refundable vouchers can be rebooked for any date up until the expiry date of the voucher. Refunds may be available for non-redeemed vouchers and upon reopening of the hotel.
