The Fine Print

- If you are a contact lens wearer, please refrain from wearing your contact lenses prior to your appointment as per the guidance below: Soft or daily lenses - minimum of 2 days, Extended wear (sleep in) lenses - minimum of 1 week, Hard/gas permeable lenses - minimum of 3 weeks.
- We will use dilation drops during the appointment to examine your eyes; therefore, you may be unable to drive for up to 4-6 hours after your appointment.
- Please arrange for someone else to drive you home or alternatively public transport is available.
- Please bring any of your old glasses or eye prescriptions to the consultation to enable us to check the stability of your prescription.
- We politely request that you aim to arrive at your appointment 10 minutes early, to prevent delays to other patients. If you’re going to be late to your appointment, please call us.
- Please note that we require 5 working days' notice to cancel or rebook an appointment and refund a holding fee or deposit.
