Three bottles of Syrah (Harvest: 2013-2014, Alcohol Vol: 12%) An intense, bright red pillory wine with blue details. This number goes perfect with roast beef or beef served with baked or grilled vegetables, hell, and any red meat that has been grilled and flavoured. It also goes well with dishes including bacon, black pudding, goat’s cheese, sheep beef and other strong flavours such as gouda, parmeggiano, gorgonzola and emmental.

Three bottles of Merlot (Harvest: 2013-2014, Alcohol Vol: 12%) This bluish violet merlot also has an intense flavour and goes particularly well with vegetables and nuts, and any game meat dishes, as well as stews and casseroles.
