Once you have been allocated your getaway and you have booked your travel dates, you cannot cancel or change the booking once confirmed. 
 
Hand luggage is included, please check with the flight provider as to specific weight and size restrictions. 
 
Customers must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By buying this voucher you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
 
To receive one of these getaways, you must purchase the deal titled Mystery Getaway. You will need to click buy and complete the transaction and you will need to buy 2 vouchers. The 2 vouchers will need to be redeemed together and you will both receive the same getaway. You will need an account to purchase this deal. Please note, this deal will run across multiple websites. The number of units stated below are the number of units available across all websites. 
 
The deal will start on Friday 14/02/2020, and will close on Saturday 29/02/2020, or until the deal sells out. All times are GMT. 
 
Customers may receive multiples of the same getaway if they purchase multiples of the deal. 
 
Customers will pay &#163;149pp for Feb, Mar, Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec departures, and will depart on 20th-28th Feb, 1st-15th Mar, 20th-30th Sep, 1st-20th Oct, 1st-30th Nov and 1st-15th Dec 2020. 
Customers will pay &#163;179pp for Apr, May and Jun departures, and will depart on 10th-30th, 1st-20th May and 5th-30th Jun 2020. 
Departures are from London only (Stansted, Gatwick, Southend, Luton for short haul, London Heathrow or Gatwick for long haul). Manchester, Liverpool, East Midlands, Bristol, Glasgow, Newcastle, Birmingham and Edinburgh airports incur a charge of an additional &#163;40-&#163;60pp. Valid on selected flights only on these dates; supplementary charges may apply for alternative flights.

Each COUPLE will have their getaway selected in a random draw, such draw will take place on 2nd Mar 2020. For the avoidance of doubt, due to the random nature of the draw, if the deal does not sell out and fewer than 2000 customers purchase the deal, there is no guarantee as to which getaways will be assigned to customers. For example, if only 100 vouchers are purchased, 4 getaways to Milan, 1 getaway to Bucharest, 12 getaways to Florence, 1 getaway to Las Vegas, 9 getaways to Turin, 1 getaway to Mallorca, 1 getaway to Disneyland, 12 getaways to Lake Garda and 9 getaways to Porto may be assigned. 
Should more than 2000 purchases take place, purchasers after the initial 2000 will be entered into a separate draw, but with all of the same availability terms as set out above. 
 
Once the holidays are confirmed and your travel dates are booked, the vouchers are non-refundable and non-changeable. 
 
For 2 night stays, you will have a minimum of 40 hours at the destination, for 3 night stays, you will have a minimum of 60 hours at the destination.
