You may cancel this contract at any time up to fourteen days from the day after the day you receive the product(s) in accordance with the paragraph below and provided you have not taken the product(s) out of their packaging. In this case, you will receive a full refund. Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by us of the product(s), or (if earlier) the day on which you supply us with evidence of having sent the product(s) back and by the same method originally used by you to pay for your product(s) unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

To exercise the right to cancel this contract, you must inform us in writing by email to [email protected] of your decision to cancel by a clear statement or you may use the below model cancellation form. You must also return the product to us immediately to the address set out in the Returns Information included in your delivery, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
