- All bookings are Friday arrivals.
- Includes bed linen, kitchen linen, access to grounds (where permitted), use of water, wood for the stove, final clean up, and picnic table.
- Does not include electricity or electrical wall outlets.
- Dishes must be washed before leaving, bed linen to be stripped and collected by guests, bins to be emptied and putting into waste bags by guests, and floor to be swept by guests.
- Dogs are permitted but must be kept under control and on a lead throughout stay. Maximum of two dogs per stay; must be reported on arrival.
- Extra charges may apply for late arrivals or departures.
- Check in from 6pm; check out by 10am.
- £50 supplement for 4pm late check out on Sunday.
- No cancellations or changes once redeemed.
