The venue for this bootcamp - award-winning 17th century manor house Hartington Hall - offers motivation enough for pulling on your joggers, we reckon! You'll share a comfortable room with four to six fellow bootcamp ladies, with each day starting at 9am and packed to the brim with fun, feel-good fitness activities (including Boxfit, Zumba and circuit training). You'll also enjoy lifestyle and nutrition workshops and, of course, the odd stop for a snack, stretch and a rest!
