The Exhibit event venue features a boutique cinema and provides a great way to spend your day while the Banana Cabaret comedy club is the perfect way to spend your evening. On top of that, Balham is also home to some of the best green spaces to take a walk in London with a host of great parks tucked behind the sleepy suburb houses.

Kelsey Park offers serene surroundings for morning and afternoon walks while the Croydon Road Recreation Ground has a range of sports facilities for those who want to get a game going and a cafe for those who want to watch.
