A far cry from your happy-go-lucky Zumba or chilled out yoga, Krav Maga is the latest must-do exercise class that teaches you real self-defence tactics to use in real situations - and what Londoner couldn’t do with knowing how to protect themselves? Don’t worry though, it’s not all doom and gloom. With its fast-paced nature and friendly tutors, internationally-recognised Urban Krav Maga is actually a whole lot of fun! In either 5 or 10 classes, you’ll learn how to defend yourself in scenarios using a range of techniques including female self-defence, grappling (stand up and on the ground), fighting/sparring techniques and weapons defences.
