<li><b>Big Ben:</b> No visit to London is complete without seeing Big Ben! You’ll get brilliant views of this stunning clock tower as you approach along the bank of the river. You’ve probably heard that the name Big Ben should strictly only refer to the big bell at the top of the tower. What you might not know is that this bell is not really called Big Ben at all. It’s official name is the Great Bell!</li>

<li><B>Tower Bridge:</b> Is this the world’s most famous bridge? We think it might be! You don’t only get to see Tower Bridge on our tour, you also get to drive over it! One of our favourite things to do is to hop off at the Tower of London, walk back over the bridge and hop on again the other side!</li>

<li><b>Westminster Abbey:</b> More than just a church, Westminster Abbey is where the kings and queens of England are crowned! So, as you can imagine, it’s a pretty impressive place! <h4>Hop-On Hop-Off London - Red Route</h4>
<p>Our red Route covers London’s most famous sights, taking in the West End, the Southbank and the City. It’s definitely the classic London route.</p>

<ul><li><b>The Tower of London:</b> On our tour, you’ll get to see the Tower from both side of the river and from over the river itself as you cross Tower Bridge. The Tower of London has dominated the banks of the this stretch of the Thames for a thousand years. It’s home to the famous Beefeaters and the ravens that can never leave for fear of England falling!</li>

<li><b>Big Ben:</b> No visit to London is complete without seeing Big Ben! You’ll get brilliant views of this stunning clock tower as you approach along the bank of the river. You’ve probably heard that the name Big Ben should strictly only refer to the big bell at the top of the tower. What you might not know is that this bell is not really called Big Ben at all. It’s official name is the Great Bell!</li>

<li><B>Tower Bridge:</b> Is this the world’s most famous bridge? We think it might be! You don’t only get to see Tower Bridge on our tour, you also get to drive over it! One of our favourite things to do is to hop off at the Tower of London, walk back over the bridge and hop on again the other side!</li>

<li><b>Westminster Abbey:</b> More than just a church, Westminster Abbey is where the kings and queens of England are crowned! So, as you can imagine, it’s a pretty impressive place! It’s also where loads of British royals are buried, as well as famous people from British history such as Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin and Laurence Olivier.</li>

<p>Our blue route heads west to Knightsbridge and Kensington, home to expensive shops and amazing museums. It’s a great route for kids because they’ll love the museums and there’s even a special interactive kids’ commentary.</p>

<li><b>Victoria And Albert Museum:</b> The V & A is one of London’s best-loved museums. It’s the world’s largest museum dedicated to decorative arts and design. There’s always something fascinating to see here.</li>

<li><b>Queen Elizabeth Gate, Hyde Park:</b> Queen Elizabeth Gate is a memorial to the late Queen Mother. It’s the perfect place to hop off for a picnic in beautiful Hyde Park or if you want to take a stroll along through Green Park to see the front gates of Buckingham Palace.</li>

<li><b>Natural History and Science Museums:</b> These two are absolutely compulsory if you’re travelling with kids! From dinosaurs to space rockets, they’ve been entertaining and educating children since before we can remember.</li></ul>

<p>Our Green Route is the perfect way to get from some of London’s main train stations to our red and blue routes. Waterloo, St Pancras and King’s Cross are all stops on the Green Route. So, if you’re arriving in the city on the train, you know what to do!</p>

Angel is one of the busiest areas in North London and has a ton of things to see and do. Chapel Market provides a wide range of independent stalls and street food to enjoy six days a week while the Angel Shopping centre has all your favourite shops and even a Vue Cinema housed within. Film fanatics are spoiled for choice, with the famous Screen on the Green cinema showing the latest films in walking distance of Islington Green. Not far down the road you can find St Mary’s Church which provides breathtaking architecture with quiet gardens - the perfect spot for a read and lunch from one of Angel’s many cafes!

Balham is a lively district full of great bars and restaurants, independent shops and all your usual staples. The Exhibit event venue features a boutique cinema and provides a great way to spend your day while the Banana Cabaret comedy club is the perfect way to spend your evening. On top of that, Balham is also home to some of the best green spaces to take a walk in London with a host of great parks tucked behind the sleepy suburb houses.

Whether you’re in Beaconsfield for the day or a slightly longer stay, there are loads of things to do on your own or as a family. Bekonscot’s model village and railway is the oldest of its kind in the country and homes a colourful range of vehicles, shops and townsfolk while Odds Farm Park is home to loads of cute animals and has enough activities to keep the little ones occupied for hours. You can also walk the idyllic parks and gardens of Holtspur Bank or Pynesfield Lake, while the Beech House pub offers the perfect place to spend the evening in warm and comfortable surroundings after a day of exploring.

Beckenham has lots of things to see and do whether you’re stopping a day or for the weekend. Bethlem Museum of the Mind is one of its most visited spots in Beckenham and offers an extensive history of mental health and recovery along with interesting, free exhibitions of artwork and research - all housed within gorgeous Art Deco architecture. Kelsey Park offers serene surroundings for morning and afternoon walks while the Croydon Road Recreation Ground has a range of sports facilities for those who want to get a game going and a cafe for those who want to watch.

Blackheath is almost a hidden treasure, with its rolling green landscapes and historic castles seldom seen in other areas around London. Blackheath Common provides a huge open space you can walk or cycle around - perfect for the long journeys with loved ones on a sunny afternoon. Vanbrugh Park also has its own church, St John’s Blackheath, on the way to the adjoining Greenwich Park, while the Church of Ascension can be found further in and holds regular events in its function room.

Brentwood has lots of outdoor spaces to walk around and fun parks for kids to enjoy. From Old MacDonald’s Farm & Fun Park to the Hopefield Animal Sanctuary, there are plenty of places to meet friendly animals while Weald and Thorndon Country Park are home to great trails to walk and incredible wildlife including wild deer. Brentwood Cathedral provides one of the town’s most prominent landmarks while the Gruffalo Trail provides the perfect activity to do as a family!

One described as “up and coming”, it’s fair to say Brixton has now established itself as one of the best places to go in South London. From the iconic Electric Avenue to the Ritzy Cinema, there are loads of attractions, not to mention a huge choice of cafes and restaurants. The area still celebrates its Caribbean roots and there is music playing regularly across Brixton Market along with the intoxicating aromas of the street food, as well as the indoor village of Pop Brixton. Those yearning for more peaceful surroundings can also check out Brockwell Park and the nearby Lido - the perfect place to head in Brixton over summer!

Bromley has a wide range of beautiful places to visit and things to do and provides a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the main city. High Elms Country Park provides gorgeous, green gardens and is home to a golf course for those handy with a club, while Priory Gardens combines beautiful surroundings and woodland wildlife with a children’s play area. Christmas Tree Farm is perfect for a family trip out where you can even feed the animals while the man-made tunnels and guided tours through Chislehurst Caves will appease the most avid of explorers.
