Great located friendly hotel. 2 night break. Just returned from this hotel . Staff are very friendly and welcoming which gave an excellent first impression. We booked bed and breakfast . The rooms are clean and today and our towels were refreshed after the first night stay. The rooms could do with a freshen up but it does look like they are in the process of this . We ate at the restaurant and had a lovely meal with a 20% discount for guests . We ate breakfast on both days and enjoyed the selection of hot and cold foods . Great location for exploring both Cheltenham and Gloucestershire. Would definitely stay again

Good value. The staff were very amenable especially the bar/restaurant server. The room was nicely presented but the ventilation was limited. Food in the evening and breakfast was good. Easy to access from the motorway. Would certainly stay here again.

Great location, staff were lovely. Arrived after a long journey, went for a meal in the restaurant, which we both enjoyed. Waiter was Shoaib he was so friendly and helpful. The room we were allocated had a problem with the shower temperature and the plug was stuck in the bath. Moved rooms and had a great shower and a good nights sleep. Thank you to Lucy in reception for helping us to move room.

Going to Cheltenham? This is THE place to stay. 13 of us had a reunion here to explore Cheltenham, The Cotswolds, Tewkesbury, Stratford, Welsh Borders etc.. Beautifully situated for that, very close to the M5 and on the outskirts of Cheltenham so very quiet. We could not have picked a better spot - we are all (plus a few more friends) going back next year. The hotel is lovely, as are the rooms and my wife said she had the best night's sleep that she has ever had. The staff are incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Catering superb -we all had different meals each night - and I have not heard one complaint.
