What a fantastic experience! I stayed for 1 night as it was near my business meeting location and the hotel was fabulous. Special mention for the great morning service at breakfast - the food was fresh and great portion sizes and the staff who were friendly , approachable and willing to go above and beyond - the members of staff who served me and ensured the experience was 10/10 were Gemma and Edna . Would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely hotel .. perfect location right next to the racecourse which is an absolute bonus ! First impressions are important and The Lodge staff were so welcoming, friendly , pleasant and helpful .. nice to see staff who really seem to enjoy their job😊. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed Bed was very comfy, nice smelling toiletries and fluffy towels .

Stopped in here for a hot drink whilst my daughter was having a settling in session at the adjacent nursery. The lady on reception/ the bar with long blonde hair was exceptionally warm, friendly and empathetic on each occasion (Tuesday 21st PM and Wednesday 22nd PM). Very much appreciated by an anxious mum. Thank you!
