Top relax holiday with super seris Just super for a quiet holiday. Nice stuff, delicious food, all inclusive program is perfecr here with lots of options food and drinks. Sandy beach, places to relax in the shadow or by the sea or swimmingpool. Price to power is wonderful. Best place for relax vacation.

5/5 stars! Staff was friendly and helpful, specifically Pilar at the front desk and Alex at events. Buffet had variety of food that also met dietary needs. Staff in the dining hall and chefs were very kind and attentive as well. Enjoyed easy access to the ocean and loved our unlimited drink package! Staff at the bar were also fabulous. Cheers! Worth the money and would come again!

Perfect Babymoon I couldn't fault this hotel at all! We arrived for a 4 night stay, and the reception staff explained everything in detail and offered a complimentary glass of cava (which I unfortunately had to turn down, due to being pregnant!). The room was spotless with bottled water provided and a fridge that we used for some drinks and snacks we brought from the supermarket across the road. The token system for drinks for the all inclusive package worked perfectly for us, easy enough to get your head around and the deposit is returned to you when you checkout, so really unsure why other reviews make a big deal out of this...?! The food on offer was plentiful, hot and tasty with variations each night so it wasn't always the same - we made full use of the Mexican night which was by far our favourite!! The entertainment staff were great, offering bingo and quizzes in the evening before the main entertainment, we had some great nights with a Tina Turner and Queen tribute act! We mainly sunbathed on the adults only terrace where there was a small bar and a two jacuzzis (one hot and one cold) to make use of - lovely and quiet, exactly what we wanted!! The ONLY thing I could find to suggest as an improvement would to for the hotel to offer a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, as an English couple we do love a tea in the morning! This wouldn't prevent us visiting again in the future, as we have already discussed returning with our family. Thank you Alua for a great stay, a perfect babymoon for us before we expand our family later this year!
