(Kumara Serenoa) lovely boutique style hotel in a quiet location I had a lovely 2 week winter sunshine break at this boutique style hotel. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. There was also a coffee pod machine & little fridge. (Enough water, pods & milk for a welcome drink or two then you can top up from local shop). The whole place was immaculately clean and the restaurant, bar, reception and entertainment staff were some of the hardest working, cheerful and friendly that I have come across, especially given how busy the hotel was. You never had to wait long for a table as staff were efficient at turning the tables round quickly. The pool was stunning, modern, clean and nicely heated. I was all inclusive and the variety of freshly cooked food and drinks available was great and quality good for a 4* hotel. A wide selection of salads and fresh fruit particularly good and constantly topped up and the buffet areas kept clean neat and tidy

(Kumara Serenoa) Great hotel away from the main resort areas A very well run hotel located in and around the golf courses. Spotlessly clean, good food and beverage offer, every member of staff friendly and welcoming.Rooms are based at pool level or up to a terrace one storey above. There is an adults only area with own pool and bar. There is a shuttle bus a few times a day to the beach and shops, or 45 minutes walk.

(HL Suitehotel) Amazing hotel Just back from this amazing hotel stayed there for 10 nights for my 60 th birthday I would like to thank all staff in every department for being so nice and friendly our room 603 was spotless clean the food was delicious every day the entertainment was good especially gio who was amazing Victor at the pool bar was so friendly and funny we also loved the rooftop jacuzzi s the view was amazing up there we highly recommend this hotel I would also like to thank the hotel for my birthday gift we will definitely be coming back to see you all Stephen and Margaret

(HL Suitehotel) Lovely relaxing and safe hotel This is my third time staying at this hotel, I love it. The staff are very hard working and also very friendly and helpful.
