Very good service, ace food, very well situated: Responsive, friendly and polite customer service who worked swiftly to remedy issues with bedding. The food selection and quality was very good with lovely, helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is very well situated with beautiful views. A suggestion to create a good atmosphere in the bar is some chilled music and it would have been good to have access to the pool though we went out of season. We will return to Alua Leo.

Aatmosphere & food: Location of the hotel, atmosphere, food . Very close to tram . The Christmas period was very pleasant. Friendly hotel staff .Very pleasant atmosphere. Mountain view from the terrace. Welcoming the new year in the hotel was unforgettable.

Great spot by PMI: An incredibly clean and perfectly located hotel! A 5 min (€15) taxi ride from the airport or easily accessible by bus, this was the perfect to stay when arriving late into Mallorca before to explore more of the island! Beautiful pool and sun decks and only a block from the beach. The pool side bar was fantastic as well for lunch and drinks!
