Yes, all guests have free on-site parking, no more than 70 metres from your tent. Wheelbarrows are available to help move your belongings.

Can I park next to my tent?
No, but the parking area is no more than 70 metres from your tent, and wheelbarrows are available to make moving your equipment easier.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed either at the glamping site or in the Adventure Park.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm until 8pm on the day of arrival. If you are running late, please contact the Warden on the number provided in your pre-arrival email. Check-out is by 11am.

Where do I go when I arrive?
On arrival, follow signs to the glamping site. You will be sent detailed directions and any out-of-hours access codes a couple of days before your stay.

Do I need to print my booking confirmation?
No – your booking information is held on the system, so there is no need to print anything.

How do I book?
Purchase your voucher and follow redemption instructions to secure your dates.

How far is the glamping site from the adventure park?
All glamping accommodation is within the Stockeld Park Estate, just a short walk from the Adventure Park entrance.

Can we bring our own bbq?
We do not allow your own barbeque or open fires in the glamping field. However, there are communal charcoal barbeques and cooking facilities available close by.
