- Massage treatments are not suitable for those before their 13th week of pregnancy.
- Must be aged 18-years or over to use the gym.
- Must be aged 12-years or over to use the spa pool, steam room or sauna. Those aged 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children’s hours during term time: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm and 2:30pm-5pm, Sat 7am-1am and 3pm-7pm.
- Children’s hours during school holidays: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm and 2:30pm-7pm Sat-Sun 7am-11am and 3pm-7pm.
