- Voucher is valid for 2 months from date of purchase - Customer must redeem within this window or the voucher expires.
- One voucher per person or per pair, as per your chosen option.

- 24-hour cancellation policy.
- Customers who cancel inside 24 hours, or who fail to attend a confirmed appointment without notice, will forfeit their voucher with no refund or rebooking entitlement.
- Customers are expected to respect the calm, traditional environment of the spa. Phones must be on silent; photography is not permitted in treatment areas.
- Guests with health conditions affected by heat exposure are advised to consult their GP before booking and to inform the merchant in advance of any medical conditions.
- G Hammam Spa operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate conduct, requests of a sexual nature, or abusive behaviour towards staff.
- Male clients are required to read and sign a consent and conduct form before treatment.
- The merchant reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a treatment where customer conduct, hygiene concerns or medical contraindications make the treatment unsafe or inappropriate.
