- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st January, 2026.
- A £5 surcharge on Saturdays and Sundays is to be paid directly to the club before access.
- Same-day bookings may not be available.
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
- If medically unsuitable, a refund will be given.

- The merchant closes their sauna and steam room during the day for 1-hour to deep clean. Timings for closure are: Mon to Fri: 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm and Sat/Sun: 1 pm to 2 pm.
