What to Expect
This hands-on workshop puts you in the role of distiller for the day. You’ll start with a welcome drink before learning the fundamentals of gin-making, including how botanicals influence flavour.
You’ll then sample different distillates and build your own recipe, creating a gin tailored to your taste. The session finishes with your custom blend served as a G&T and a full bottle prepared for you to take home.
