How To Redeem

When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st Mar 2026.
Bookings must be made by 28th Feb 2026 bookings after this date will not be accepted.
One voucher per two people (18+).
May buy multiples as gifts.
Max. 6 guests with vouchers.
Advanced booking required; vouchers redeemed at booking and code must be quoted when booking.
Any booked through the generic merchant website are subject to cancellation.
48-hour notice for rescheduling (once only).
Set menu dishes - non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Vegetarian or classic options and non-alcoholic drink alternatives available.
Vegan option is available (minimum of 2 guests to dine from same menu e.g if one guest out of 6 is vegetarian, 2 people would need to dine from the vegetarian meal).
Gluten-free options not available.
Full voucher value used in one visit.
Valid at specified venues only.
Some date restrictions apply - including but not limited to all bank holidays and internal Crazy Bear Party Dates.
Book at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available.
