- Location: Check-in and pick up your tickets at Faerie Tale Farm, conveniently located opposite Luss South Carpark.
- Valid: Thursday - Sunday 9.30am - 4pm Last entry to our trail is 3pm with last entry to Faerie Tale Farm at 4pm.

- Vouchers are valid for redemption until 7th January 2024
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 7th Jan 2024.
- Valid for option purchased only.
- Voucher valid 9:30am - 3.45pm for Trail with 3pm final entry to trail.
- Farm Park opening hours 10:30am- 5pm with 4pm final entry to farm.
- Our trail is not recommended for buggies or push-chairs due to steps and steep slopes. Trail is not accessible with wide or double buggies due to a narrow footbridge.
- Unfortunately our trail is not wheelchair accessible at this time due to naturally uneven pathways and narrow river crossings.
- Well behaved dogs are more than welcome on our trail though dogs are not permitted inside Faerie Tale Farm.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
- Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
