The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th Jul 2027
- One voucher per person.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Couples Room - Subject to availability & £10 surcharge.
- 48-hour cancellation notice required.

- Valid only for option purchased.
- Arriving late may result in loss of appointment, no refund will be offered.
- No cancellations or changes once redeemed.
- Once you voucher is redeemed it cannot be refunded.
- For hygiene reasons and Covid19 we use disposable towels. A surcharge of £2 is payable for the use of disposable towels. Payment is taken upon booking.
- Deal valid Monday to Thursday, excluding Wednesdays. You can book the deal anytime up to 15:00.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions upon booking, or if you are pregnant.
- These packages are not intended for pregnant ladies, however we can modify the packages to include a pregnancy massage/treatment and a surcharge of £10.00 would be applicable upon booking but please discuss this with our reservations team.
- Bookings are excluded from 18th December to 4th of January 2024.
- The vouchers are sold as single vouchers, if you require the use of the couples room to have the treatment in the same room a surcharge of £10.00 is applicable.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to this deal.
- Marketing credits cannot be applied to this deal.
