- Voucher can only be used on one body area.
- Arriving late may result in loss of appointment and no refund will be offered.
- 48 hour cancellation or amendment policy.
- Appointment is required and must be booked.
- A patch test is required at least 24-48 hours prior to the first treatment.
- Treatment cannot be carried out without a completed patch test.
- Treatment is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients.
- Not suitable for clients with certain skin conditions, active infections or open wounds in the treatment area.
- Not suitable for clients on certain medications such as Roaccutane — clients should disclose all medication at consultation.
- The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable.
