  • How long do the retainers last? With proper care, they can last several years. However, replacements are recommended if they become loose, cracked, or worn out.
  • Can the retainers be worn during the day? Absolutely. They are designed to be worn day or night and are virtually invisible, so they won’t interfere with daily life or confidence.
  • Are dental impressions taken? We do not take impressions. We only operate using a state-of-the-art 3D intraoral scanner. We need to take a scan of the patients teeth.
  • Is this a treatment? There is no treatment here - it's only a single product. We redeem the code during the scan and order the retainer in person, there is no consultation charge, but it is non-refundable after the retainer has been ordered.
  • How long do the retainers last? We recommend the retainers are changed every 6 months to 1 year of optimal retention and hygiene.

The Fine Print

  • When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st May, 2026.
  • Must be 14 or older.
  • Full refund if the voucher is deemed unsuitable for treatment.
  • 48-hour notice for bookings, appointments may be available with shorter notice, subject to availability. Contact the merchant.
  • 48-hour notice for cancellations/amendments.
  • Provide a voucher code when booking. Present the printed voucher on arrival.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment with freshly brushed teeth. If a patient arrives late, the consultant won't have enough time to perform the procedure, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. A £30 cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Requires a fully refundable deposit during the time of the initial FREE consultation; it is inclusive if the patient decides to go ahead with the procedure and fully refundable if the patient is rejected for treatment.
  • The consultation fee is fully refundable only when going ahead with the treatment.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Vouchers are valid for redemption for four months from purchase date.
