The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 13th March 2027.
- One voucher per group of up to 12 people.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Subject to availability.
- When selecting the 3 or 4-night packages, please note both are priced the same — you'll need to call the merchant directly after booking to confirm which of the two you'd like.
- £32 supplement per dog and additional security deposit of £25 per dog payable to Merchant.
- All Friday Start Dates subject to a supplement of £20/boat.
- Persons piloting boat cannot consume alcohol.
- Fishing permitted but must have valid licence.
- (No Live bait allowed inside cabin).
- All Hires subject to Merchants Terms & Conditions of hire which Lead Hirer must sign prior to or on arrival and before departure from Stourport.
- Route availability subject to river levels and C&RT maintenance work.
- Bedding excluded (pillows available on request).
- Full bedding available at £10.00 per person.
- 1 full gas bottles and 1 part full supplied.
- £125 booking / security deposit per boat - refunded if boat returned in good order with full inventory (£150 for North Star).
- Hen/Stag party groups welcome but security deposit increased to £500
- Insurance damage excess waiver available at £38.00 per boat.
- Booking / Security Deposit, Supplements & Damage Waiver payable at time of booking.
- No Cancellation policy once booked - full cost payable if cancelled after booking.
- Hirers are recommended to obtain cancellation Insurance cover.
- Skipper plus 1 other must be over 18 years of age.
- Late Return incurs a £50 charge per hour (or part of).
- Diesel Not Included.
- Cost of fuel to top up boat on return deducted from security deposit charged at Dock Rate on date of return. (Hirer can refuel before return if they wish).
- Boat pick up and handover commences 13:30pm (if not advised differently) to be vacated on return date by 9:30am.
- Late booking payment to be in cleared funds by cash, accepted debit / credit cards or bank transfer prior to boat leaving Stourport base.
- Vouchers are valid for redemption until 13th March 2027
