Take a scenic bike ride through Amsterdam, passing through the cobbled streets filled with tulips and canals, and you’ll quickly fall in love with the Netherlands’ most vibrant city...
We’re offering you a 2-night Amsterdam break including flights from £99pp, or a 3-night break from £129pp, saving you up to 26% off*.
Upon arriving in Amsterdam, you'll head to one of two hotels where you'll spend two fantastic nights in a double or twin room. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV and an en-suite whether you choose to stay at the 4* Blue Square Hotel or the Blue Tower Hotel. You won’t be far away from Amsterdam’s sights at either hotel, so you'll be spoiled for choice when sight-seeing.
Boasting endless canals and beautiful architecture, Amsterdam is the city that keeps on giving. Packed with galleries and museums, there's something for everyone, from the Rijksmuseum, which houses the country's largest collection of art and artefacts, to the Rembrandt House Museum, located within a building bought by one of the world's best painters in 1639, and the Verzetsmuseum, or Dutch Resistance Museum, which catalogues the underground opposition of the Netherlands to the Nazi regime through a wealth of artefacts and personal testimony. For those interested in the poignant and emotional history of Amsterdam throughout World War Two, Anne Frank's House at Prinsengracht 263 is undoubtedly a must-see. Visit the annex in which a young Jewish girl hid, with her family, from the Nazis, and wrote the diary that was published after her death, eventually selling tens of millions of copies.
Amsterdam isn't just a hot-spot of history, however! For more adventurous visitors, we suggest a trip to the Sexmuseum which focuses entirely on erotica and sexuality. If you fancy outdoor exploration, why not hire one of the city's many bikes, and take a trip through the canal band, over winding waterways hedged by fabulous architecture. Stop at the Vondelpark for a picnic or head inside to one of the many restaurants and bars. Of course, you can also visit the famous Red Light District before you head home too. It’s the versatile city with something for everyone!
