What will you do with my credit card and billing information?
We use a fully PCI DSS compliant credit card processing company, SagePay 
.
All your information is transmitted via a Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL) and is fully encrypted. This and your other personal information is safe and secure and will only ever be used for your intended purpose.
For your security, we will use your billing address as the deilvery address in the credit card information sent to SagePay. Should the need arise to send correspondence by normal mail, we will use this address.
What will you do with my email address?
Not much. You'll receive our daily Wowcher offering in your inbox if you have asked for it, and occasional alerts relating to your purchases. We will never sell or distribute your personal information to third parties.
Can I return a Wowcher?
Within the limits of reason, we'll do what it takes to make you happy. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after one week from the purchase date.
Can I purchase a Wowcher as a gift?
Yes, please do! You can give Wowchers as gifts but they are not transferrable. You specifically cannot sell them. If you are giving a Wowcher as a gift, please check the validity dates carefully.
What if the business for my Wowcher closes down?
If this should ever happen we will refund you the value of your Wowcher in full.
