With today's deal, you'll explore Vietnam with a 10-day itinerary as follows:
Day 1:
You’ll be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, arguably the most exciting place for a tourist to stay in the city. For the duration of your stay in Hanoi, those on the 3* trip will stay at the Hanoi HM Boutique Hotel, those on the 4* trip will stay at the Hanoi Tirant Hotel, or the 5* option is the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. You’ll have the rest of your day to explore the city on your own.
Day 2:
Get ready to board a two-day overnight cruise exploring Halong Bay! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included, as well as welcome drinks, a visit to Titop Island, a traditional cooking class and the chance to go kayaking on the beautiful bay. In the evening you can either relax at the bar or go squid fishing!
Day 3:
Your second day on board will begin with breakfast with the Captain, before a visit to the Sung Sot Cave and a lesson in flower carving. After lunch at a restaurant in the harbour, you’ll take the shuttle bus back to Hanoi to check back into your hotel room.
Day 4:
Having spent a day on your own exploring the city, you’ll be transferred to Hanoi train station to ride the 13-hour sleeping train that’ll take you to Da Nang.
Day 5:
Arriving at approximately 11.30am, you’ll be transferred to Hoi An ancient town. Those on the 3* trip will stay at the Vinh Hung Library Hotel, those on the 4* trip will stay at the Vinh Hung Riverside Resort and if you're on the 5* trip, you'll head to the Golden Sand Resort. The rest of your day will be free for you to explore and relax.
Day 6:
After an early breakfast, you’ll leave on a bus for My Son. My Son was chosen as a religious centre, built in the late 4th century under the Cham’s King Bhadravaman. It is a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures, and you’ll get to spend two hour discovering its ancient beauty for yourself. Then you’ll head to Cau Lau boat station for a boat trip on the Thu Bon River with lunch served on the boat, before returning back to your hotel.
Day 7:
Today will see you travel via domestic flights (included in today’s deal) to Ho Chi Minh City. Those on the 3* trip will stay at the Elios hotel, those on the 4* trip will stay at the Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa., whilst those on the 5* trip will stay at the Pullman Saigon Centre. The rest of your day is free for you to explore the bustling city at your leisure.
Day 8:
Your destination for today will be Cai Be and its floating market, where you’ll be jettisoned around the market on a motor boat, allowing you to get up close and personal with the charming market. Next up will be a Vinh Long tour that’ll take you through a beautiful bonsai garden.
Day 9:
Located 60km from Ho Chi Minh City, Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role during the American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for its network of tunnels, which extend over 220km, and is a popular destination for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors. Here you’ll take a half day tour before heading back to your hotel.
Day 10:
After breakfast it'll be time to head home (with airport transfers included).
