One of the most exciting trekking routes in Nepal, this entry-level 13-day Ghorepani trek offers a wonderful opportunity to witness the beauty of the Annapurna region, rich in hidden treasures of Nepalese culture and tradition. Starting at the Himalayan foothills, you'll be led by experienced tour guides as you travel the region including climbing Poon Hill, possibly one of the most spectacular mountains on Earth. You'll also experience trips to the Jhinu Hot Spring (1780m), Landruk Gurung village and the tiny Dhampus village. Plus with today's deal, you'll also be able to add in an optional Junjal Safari at Chitwan National Park at the end of your tour! Your outline itinerary is as follows:
Day 1:
Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport and transfer to hotel with an orientation program at 5pm. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2:
Guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu by private vehicle after breakfast.
Day 3:
Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara (25 minutes) and transfer to hotel.
Day 4:
Pokhara to Nayapul then a trek to Tikhedhunga at 1500m. Overnight at guest house.
Day 5:
Trek to Gohrepani at 2800m through a stunning jungle path. Overnight at guest house.
Day 6:
Early morning hike to Poon Hill to see the sunrise and mountain views of 10 different peaks. Trek back to guest house. After breakfast trek to Tadapani at 2700m. Overnight at guest house.
Day 7:
Trek to Jhinu where you can take a natural hot bath. Overnight at guest house.
Day 8:
Trek to Tolkaha at 1700m. Overnight at guest house.
Day 9:
Trek to Dhampus. Overnight at guest house.
Day 10:
Trek to Phedi and drive to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11:
Sightseeing in Pokhara or boating in Phewalake and hiking in peace pagoda. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12:
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu by bus or air (flight is an optional US$105pp) and enjoy an evening farewell dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13:
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure - or start a new trip!

Day 12:
Travel to Chitwan (approx. 4 hours) for an Elephant Back Safari, evening walk and bird watching, before dinner and a Tharu Cultural show. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13:
Go canoeing, walk through the jungle and visit an elephant breeding center. Choose between an elephant safari or a jungle drive. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14:
Drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 15:
Transfer to the airport for your departure.
