The bikini season is almost upon us! Transform your physique and revolutionise your workout regime with this Brothers Bootcamp package. The retreat takes place over three days in the Derbyshire National Forest, where you’ll be comfortably accommodated in shared forest lodgings and fed three meals a day from a super healthy menu. After an initial fitness assessment, the bootcamp is tailored to your individual needs with exercises and nutritional programming. Daily activities are performed in small groups of no more than ten, including all kinds of exercise types from yoga to Boxercise. Armed with your new nutritional knowledge and fitness fervour, we reckon you’ll be the next buff-ting! Each bootcamp will follow a similar programme to below (subject to change):
