The BAFTA award-winning BBC show never fails to make us salivate on our sofas whilst we dream of baking perfectly proofed bread and show-stopping cakes, tarts and tasty buns. During the wait for the next season, why not have a go yourself? The Sherwood Cookery Workshop is offering you the chance to join one of their fun Bake Off-inspired two-hour workshops, modelled on the technical round! Pitted against a maximum of 11 other bakers, you'll be provided with a series of instructions (Mary Berry style!) to produce a technical dish that's as close to perfection as possible. You'll get great feedback on how to improve, so you're sure to have a blast and learn plenty! Most ingredients and equipment will be provided as well as vegan and vegetarian options if needed, although you may be asked to bring a few additional bits - just make sure you take a couple of empty containers and an apron with you.
