Each high-intensity training bootcamp session lasts 40 minutes and is designed to improve strength, tone up yer jiggly bits, burn calories and help you achieve your body goals. There are 12 different sessions per week to choose from - all the Body Matrix team ask is that you complete your 8 sessions within three weeks of your first bootcamp. That way you get the best results. These fun (okay, hard too) classes are held in the great outdoors in four of Nottingham’s most picturesque parks (locations below), and are led by fully qualified, friendly and super-experienced instructors.
