If you’re bored of country hikes, river walks and even paintballing, then maybe it’s time to enjoy the great outdoors with something slightly more ghastly! We’re inviting you into the 'Woods of the Dead' to take part in a game that involves flesh-eating zombies, smoke grenades and unrelenting darkness! You can choose to be a zombie or shooter - shooters are armed with an airsoft gun and 500 rounds of ammo and must get from one side of the woods to the other, evading the hungry hordes of undead. Zombies hunt the shooters in groups of up to ten. Serious stuff! The experience is based in Newcastle and takes place on the 13th and 14th of March 2015 from 6pm to 12:30am. Torches, body armour and masks are provided - there’ll even be makeup to get you into character, and dress-up is positively encouraged! This is an all-night event, so make sure you’re well-rested. And remember - zombies don’t sleep!
