On the palate, it is harmonious, medium-bodied, offering a perfect balance between tannins, freshness and acidity. It has a lingering finish and some sweet, fruity hints in the aftertaste.
• 1 bottle of Mitarte Tercera Hoja Tinto Madurado, D.O. Rioja: This semi-aged wine comes from a family-run winery and is cherry red in colour with violet highlights. It has an aroma of wild berries and floral hints, and on the palate there is a slight carbonic zest, with full-bodied flavour and a lingering aroma.
