You'll begin with a full safety briefing then once you're prepped, you'll ascend 160ft before taking one giant leap of faith. Don't panic though, as you will be safely strapped to a bungee (and your partner) and there will be an air bag or water below you. Now that's what we call a giant leap for mankind!
