USwim offers a challenging yet fun weekly open water swimming experience on both Wednesdays (5.30-8pm) and Saturdays (8-11am) at the world class 550x75m Dock 9 in Salford Quays. Having previously registered online, you’ll just need to take along your normal swimwear and you’ll be all set. With wetsuit hire and changing facilities all provided, you’ll get the chance to take part in an hour long professionally coached lesson designed to help you improve your swimming technique (click here for times). Or alternatively, you can just do your own thing throughout! Suitable for first time open swimmers and dab hands alike, this is perfect for those looking to get fit the fun way.
