The call will last up to 45 minutes, and is a chance for you to express your personal wishes and have your consultant help you organise your assets to best benefit your loved ones. If you decide you’d rather have a meeting in person then this can also be arranged. A draft will then be sent to you to check, sign and date. The document is sent in a plain English version so you can be sure you’ll understand everything you’re signing. Then once you’ve had two witnesses oversee the signing, you can choose whether to store the will with Mitchell Hodge Associates or take care of it yourself.
