What better way to spend a gorgeous August day than by immersing yourself in some truly beautiful displays of the floral arts? If channelling your inner flower power is your thing, why not grab a pal and head on over to the Southport Flower Show this summer? Taking place from the 18th to the 21st August, the spectacular garden event will be home to a variety of exhibitors, stalls, floral arts displays and show gardens.

What's more, you'll be among some of the most knowledgeable gardening experts, including TV gardeners Christine Walkden and Joe Swift! When you've finished enjoying the beautiful sights, you'll be free to check out the food festival, where you'll get to sample and buy from the 60 or so gourmet producers.
