Today we're offering you ten kickboxing classes for just £10 with Elemental Kickboxing Academy. Fancy learning some self-defence whilst getting a fun workout? Us too! Under the expert tuition of Elemental Kickboxing Academy, you'll learn a range of kickboxing techniques as you practice your skills in a laid-back environment. The Bramley-based academy welcomes all ages and skill levels, so get ready to work out and have fun in these 90-minute classes! What have you got to lose? Class Times

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7pm-8:30pm
Saturdays: 12:30pm-2pm
Children's classes: Wednesday: 4.15pm-5.15pm and Saturday 11.15am-12.15pm.

Please note, loose clothing must be worn.
