Designed to work your muscles, improve your fitness levels and get you ready for that all-important beach catwalk, Commando Fit's outdoor bootcamp sessions are just the ticket for gym-shy people who want to get in shape. With the great outdoors as your stunning backdrop, you'll be put through your paces with a mixture of cardio exercises, games and drills such as sit-ups, burpees, tug of war and much, much more! Sessions last 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute cool down period afterwards. You can attend as many as you like over one month, with the timetable as follows:
