We reckon the venue for this bootcamp - the beautiful National Forest - offers motivation enough for pulling on your joggers! But if that isn't enough to get you up and out, being surrounded by supportive, like-minded women will give you enough feminist fight to get up and kick your body into shape. You'll share a comfortable room, with each day typically starting at 9am and packed to the brim with fun, feel-good fitness activities, including boxfit, Zumba and circuit training. You'll also enjoy lifestyle and nutrition workshops and, of course, the odd stop for a snack, stretch and a rest!
