With their challenging indoor climbing walls and team of experienced, friendly instructors, Alter Rock is the place to learn to climb in Derbyshire. With today’s deal you’ll get to choose between a 1-hour bouldering introduction and a 3-hour climbing course. Both are suitable for all abilities, from those with little to no experience to those who just want to brush up on their technique and climbing skills! During the three-hour course, you’ll learn everything you need to climb unsupervised, including using basic climbing equipment, how to tie in and how to belay. The huge ceilings, fluorescent frames and stain glass windows make Alter Rock a fun setting in which to reach new heights and learn a new skill. Bouldering is available Saturday and Sunday, 1pm to 2pm or 3pm to 4pm. Indoor climbing courses run from Monday to Friday, 6:30pm-9:30pm and Saturday and Sunday, 2pm-5pm. Other times are available if you are in a group of 4 or more.
