Wowcher is a modern take on the group discount; taking that traditional idea and extending it.


Wowcher.co.uk features a number of new deals each day - such as 50% off a one-night stay at a local hotel or £60 worth of credit for £30 to spend at a top restaurant.


Each day we feature cool things to do or buy at unbeatable prices so check back every morning for more awesome wowchers!


Part of what makes this fun for us is trying to expose people to things they wouldn't have done otherwise, like shows, skydiving, cooking classes, architectural tours, salon services or even teeth whitening.

I’ve bought a wowcher


Q: I've ordered a wowcher, what happens now?


A: For most deals you need to wait until the deal has closed. After this time, you will be sent an email with redemption instructions and your printable wowcher(s).


Q: I’ve waited but I still don’t have my wowcher?


A: For a “redeem now” deal your wowcher will be sent immediately to the email address you used to purchase. For other deals it will be sent to you when the deal closes, details of the timings will be on the receipt.

Q: I’ve accidentally deleted my wowcher?

Q: I can’t log in

If you do that and the site tells that you don’t have an account - but you know you have bought - then it may be that there was an error in the email address when you bought. Get in touch and we’ll sort it out for you.


Q: I can’t open the pdf


A: Download and install the latest version of adobe acrobat reader here http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ and the PDF will open fine.


Q: How do I get my goods?


A: Each deal is different but the full instructions on what you need to do to get your goods or services are always in the wowcher itself and will involve passing the wowcher code to the merchant who is supplying the goods.

Q: My code doesn’t work, I can’t redeem.


A: Check that the code you are using matches the code on the wowcher exactly. Make sure you’ve followed the instructions on the wowcher exactly too. Also if you’ve tried to use a code as soon as you’ve received your wowcher then please wait 6 hours and try again. If you are still having trouble then contact us.


Q: I’ve tried to redeem but I’m being asked to pay again.


A: Deals for products usually require a payment for postage and packing. This is paid straight to the supplier when redeeming your code. All rates are per item and are specified in the deal details.


Q: How can I get a refund?


A: We offer a no-quibble 7-day money back on all unredeemed wowchers. Just use the Wowcher Promise button on any deal page (towards the bottom left) to request a refund.


Between 8 and 30 days after you receive your wowcher, you can cancel your unredeemed wowcher in return for a credit to your Wowcher Wallet.


From 30 days after you receive your wowcher and before it expires you can exchange for Wowcher Wallet Credit to the value of 50% of what you paid for the wowcher.


Full refund and credit requests received 31 days or more after you received the wowcher are considered on a case by case basis.


All refund requests must be made either via email or the Wowcher Promise button, we recommend email if more than 7 days since you received the wowcher.


Q: Where are my goods?


A: Delivery timings are always laid out on the wowcher you receive, and in the Full Details section of each deal. If you have redeemed properly and still not received the goods after that delivery window has expired then contact the merchant directly with as much info as you can give them. If you’re still having trouble then contact us.


Q: My wowcher has expired can I get a refund?


A: Sadly not. Expiry dates are made very clear on the wowcher itself, and they must be used before the expiry date passes.


Q: I’m not happy with the deal


A: We choose our merchants very carefully but if you do have a complaint then let us know and we’ll do what we can to resolve it.


Q: Can I change the delivery address?


A: For a mail order deal you will give your address to the merchant when you redeem the wowcher. It doesn’t matter if it’s different from the billing address that you give to us.


Q: How do I choose the colour/style/size when I buy?


A: You can give all that information to the merchant when you redeem your wowcher, you don’t need to give it to us.


Q: Who do I contact if I want to return my product?


A: If you have received your product and then subsequently want to return it, you would need to contact the merchant who supplied it to you directly.

A: You’re buying a wowcher from us, a voucher which gives you the right to enjoy the goods or services from the merchant at a massive discount.

Q: Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?


A: Nope - You'll probably want to invite people anyway, though - wowchers are always fun to use with friends or a great way to make new ones.


Q: I like today's deal - how do I get it?


A: Just click "BUY" before the deal ends and before we sell out! Once the deal has closed, if we accept your order we will e-mail you a printable wowcher that you can use for the deal in question (check the valid from and valid until dates).


Q: When can I use my wowcher?


A: All wowchers have an expiry date (also known as a "until/to" date). The participating business may have other restrictions which will be set out both in the Fine Print before you buy a deal and on the wowcher itself. Often it is necessary to make a reservation with the participating business to use your wowcher.


Q: Can I buy a wowcher as a gift for someone else?


A: Yes. Unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away.


Q: If I don't use the full value of a gifted wowcher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?


A: No. Unless otherwise stated you will not receive a credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.


Q: Can I combine my wowcher with other offers or specials?


A: No, not unless the wowcher specifically states otherwise.


Q: When am I billed for my wowcher?


A: As soon as you click “buy”.


Q: How safe is the wowcher purchase process?


A: At no time is your credit or debit card information stored on our servers. We use a third party payment processor to handle all payment processes securely and efficiently.


Q: Can I return a wowcher?

Q: Will the deal be shipped abroad and how much will it cost?


A: You can check this directly with the supplier before you buy, contact details will be in the Full Details of the deal.


Q: What if the business for my wowcher closes down?


A: If the business closes down and your wowcher has not expired, we'll refund your money.


Q: How do I unsubscribe?


A: At the bottom of each daily deal alert that we send you will be an unsubscribe link, just click that.


Q: I’ve signed up for the wrong city


A: Sign up for the right city, and then unsubscribe from the city you don’t want using the link in the email.
